Fashion and the act of “dress up” is of endless curiosity and inspiration for Coudray. She comes from a heritage of colorful women in costume, French glamour, entertainment and creative play. Coudray was a ballerina early-on in her childhood and loves stage performance. This genre of her work was created from Carnival - Venice, Italy. Coudray is fascinated by how people adorn themselves with clothes, jewelry and makeup. The masquerade of life and the masks we live behind are her forte as she seeks-out and illustrates the mystique.
