For years, painting along the sidewalk of Balboa Island was a true joy and brought an abundance of friendship and hospitality to her life. Coudray found true delight in capturing generations of family and friends in holiday celebrations, reunions and their escape from the obligations of everyday living. Coudray has a fond appreciation for the land and subjects acting upon it— little boats floating in the water by the shoreline, sail boats at sea, sand castles and the presence of happiness in the air. Most recently, Coudray has taken to exploring and capturing the romance and light of Catalina Island.
